Refund policy

Return Window We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact our support team at levarooau@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with further instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at levarooau@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, simply return your original order (once accepted) and place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Australian Consumer Law Our policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is found to be faulty, not fit for purpose, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of our store policy. This includes a repair, replacement, or full refund.
